Booking terms

Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when payment or a valid card guarantee is received and we send written confirmation.
Rates & tax
Rates are per room per night and include Japanese consumption tax. The Nagano accommodation levy is shown separately before you confirm.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Inside 30 days, seasonal terms apply and are shown at the time of booking.
Check-in / out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
Children
Welcome. Extra-bed and infant policies are shown at booking.
Conduct
This is a small shared lodge. We ask guests to be considerate of the other eight rooms, particularly early and late.

Privacy

We collect only what a booking needs: name, contact details, stay dates, payment details processed by our payment provider, and anything you tell us in order to be looked after properly.

We do not sell data. We do not share it beyond the providers who run our booking and payment systems. The Journal list is separate — you can leave it in one click, and we then keep only the suppression record needed to make sure we never email you again.
